The workshop was set up in a cozy, welcoming art cafe that we were able to enjoy light refreshments, while setting up for the workshop All materials to make the experience complete were provided - beautiful dried flowers, and leaves, pieces of yarn and lace. The technique was explained, and each of us had the opportunity to select items we desired and arrange them to help create unique pieces of art. After applying a special tincture over our paper bases, we harnessed the power of natural uv light to dry our prints. Our end products were beautiful variations of blue. Our instructor assisted us throughout the entire process. She was very patient, listened to and answered our questions, offered tips and suggestions, and encouraged our creativity. She was a delight to interact with, and helped make the experience meaningful for everyone. Overall it was a pleasantly relaxing opportunity, creating unique paintings with nature!
